These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and Raja Sayed ("we," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of Sort Royale: Lucky Puzzle Game.
Your use of Sort Royale: Lucky Puzzle Game constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

Indemnity

You Agree to Indemnify Us
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raja Sayed, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms

- Your misuse of the app
- Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.

How We Handle Disputes

Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Raja Sayed.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Ending These Terms

You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Sort Royale: Lucky Puzzle Game at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
We May Terminate Your Access
Raja Sayed may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
We may discontinue Sort Royale: Lucky Puzzle Game with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Which Laws Apply
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the following legal jurisdiction.
The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Raja Sayed is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Raja Sayed's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section removes rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

Updating Our Terms

We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Sort Royale: Lucky Puzzle Game after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.
